Hi friend, I’m Jill Bannon. Do you want to spend more time on what matters most? Do you desire building daily routines that align with your future goals?

As a hair stylist turned certified life coach, I have a listening ear and I understand the frustrating cycle of  beating yourself up and starting a new plan every Monday. I’ve been influenced by the diet mentality as well. Through coaching, I now have valuable tools and practice a different way of thinking and living. I plan my life around what matters most and consider long term physical and emotional wellness.

As empty nesters, my husband and I travel around in our Rpod camper, hike with our rescue pups and play a little tennis. I love spending time coaching people to build their do-able plan.

Don’t worry, my coaching philosophy does not include ALL or NOTHING thinking.  We’ll create your plan with your fun pleasures in mind.
